October Bicycle Facilities Meeting Do you want to play a part in determining where and when DDOT puts in new or improved bike lanes?   If so, join us for the DC Bicycle Advisory Council's rebooted Bicycle Facilities Committee first meeting! It will be held over Zoom on Wednesday, 10/25 at 6pm EST.    We'll be discussing newly planned protected bikeways and areas of focus for the facilities committee in the near future. This will include a presentation from DDOT on planned protected bikeway projects for next year.   DC Seniors Safe Transportation Event This Saturday, Sept. 9, join BAC and several other DC groups at a Senior Block Party, organized by the Washington Area Bicyclists Association WABA and several other organizations.
