The following letter addressing the senseless and preventable deaths of three local cyclists within the past two months and the importance of passing the Safer Intersections Amendment Act of 2022 which would help prevent deaths of cyclists in DC. This letter was approved by the Bicycle Advisory Council and was sent out to all DC council members and mayor.
