advises elected and appointed officials on bicycle-related transportation
matters. The purpose of the meeting is

will be called upon and given two minutes to provide their input. We ask that you make your input and comments as
concise as possible. You may provide
comments on the meeting agenda items or other bicycle-related topics. After two minutes, you will be interrupted
and asked to conclude your comments.
